INTRODUCTION
MISSION sister creative agency, Story UK, approached Bray Leino Splash's technology team in Vietnam to implement their website designs for their client Foundation Scotland.
The choice of CMS was Drupal, an open source content management systems.
Our teams' Builder and Developer certifications in Drupal assured Story UK of the teams' ability to complete the work in a quality and timely manner.
CHALLENGE
The challenge was to deliver a Drupal website implementation within 6 weeks and with little supporting documentation.
In addition, both teams also had to negotiate time zone and geographic differences whilst keeping the tight project delivery timelines in mind.
APPROACH
To achieve the timeline and extract the necessary requirements for the website, we used AGILE principles for the project with daily stand-ups, weekly sprint planning and reviews with STORY UK in the limited business hours cross-over period between the UK and Vietnam.

This site was implemented on Drupal Open Source CMS.

Our sister agency deliver the Foundation Scotland website on the Drupal 9 platform to their client.
