DTZ is a global leader in commercial property services.  Splash was tasked to leverage the digital media to elevate DTZ's branding in China and to raise the awareness of DTZ's property management, research and other property services.



We developed a dedicated website equipped with comprehensive search functions to enable users to search for properties, research reports and real estate professionals.


With increasing mobile internet usage in China, we adopted a responsive website design to provide the best user experience (UX) on different platforms.


We also incorporated Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to ensure that the website will list well in organic search results on Baidu.


The website was developed on Microsoft .NET platform with a bespoke content management system (CMS).
