How do you leverage football fans' passion to enhance a brand image during the Asian Football Championship?

Challenge

Continental Tires is one of the largest tire manufacturer in the world. As a sponsor for the 2014 Asian Football Championship, Continental wished to leverage Asian football fans' passion to deepen the brand's interaction with these fans and to enhance the brand's image in Asia.


 

Approach

We created a mobile app on iOS and Android platform which enables football fans to create customized posters with their own photos. Users choose a poster template of their liking, upload and stitch their photos onto the poster, input text and choose an effect to create a truly unique poster. The fans also stand a chance to have the poster printed out and delivered to them for free.
