How does a major retail bank continually engage their existing cardmembers to spend in the face of a pandemic, where travel and shopping has come to a significant decline?
APPROACH
Through careful consideration and lengthy discussion on campaign mechanics with Citibank, BLS looked beyond the typical year-end campaign by taking things a step further, to allow existing Citi cardmembers to stand a chance to win prizes that they desire, hence the name of the campaign, “Win What You Want”.
With various ways to win ‘contest entries’ for Citi’s cardmembers, and through an attractive, sleek campaign landing page design, BLS partnered with Citibank Malaysia on developing a month-to-month campaign plan including email marketing to further boost chances of success for this campaign.
