INTRODUCTION
MISSION sister creative agency, Chapter, based in the UK, was appointed as the new creative and strategy partner for the premium house builder, Cameron Homes and Galliers Homes.
The Bray Leino Splash team in Vietnam was engaged to implement the new Cameron Homes website onto the Drupal open source content management system.
CHALLENGE
The challenge was to deliver a Drupal website implementation in under a month and overcoming the geographic and time differences with CHAPTER being based in the UK.
APPROACH
To achieve the aggressive timeline and deliver the project on time, we implemented daily stand-ups, a standard part of our AGILE process, with our sister agency in the limited business hours cross-over period between the UK and Vietnam.
This ensured both progress updates and customer feedback could be rapidly communicated/facilitated and the project could proceed in accordance to the project management timelines.

This site was implemented on Drupal Open Source Content Management System.

Our sister agency deliver the revamped website on the Drupal 9 Open Source CMS platform within the timeline mandated.
