CHALLENGE
As a relatively smaller player in the property development market in Malaysia, AYER Bukit Puchong set out to expand their digital presence with a more modern, user-friendly website to be at the centre of all their digital marketing communications. We were tasked to put AYER Properties back on track to becoming a leading property developer with careful attention to the needs of property buyers, investors and stakeholders alike.
APPROACH
We first conducted comprehensive research of the target audience with a careful analysis and UX discovery. Then, with the users right at the centre of mind, a refreshed, UI design was developed with a sleek, innovative approach whilst staying true to AYER’s brand and corporate identity.
With one of the main objectives being content management, we developed components and widgets compatible with one of the more robust, more secure content management systems, Drupal 8, to build the entire website on with regular content updates as a key priority.
